Linda Kirchner

Linda Kirchner is the current Global Talent & Development Director for the Oncology Business Unit at AstraZeneca. Linda has previous experience working as an assistant to the executive management at Stitz GmbH, a PhD student at Leibniz Universität Hannover in Germany, and a research assistant at Northeastern University where they increased oil productivity from microalgae.

Linda Kirchner has a Master of Science in Plant Biotechnology from Leibniz University Hanover and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biotechnology from Leibniz University Hanover.

Linda Kirchner reports to Marc Howells, VP & Head of Global Talent & Development. They are on a team with Rosanna Stissi - Head of Talent & Development and Employee Relations, Mollie McAuliffe - Global Talent and Development Director, and Will Dempsey - Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
