Rudi Symons is a seasoned professional in inclusion and diversity with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global Director of Inclusion and Diversity at AstraZeneca since November 2022, Rudi previously held positions such as Culture and Inclusion Specialist and Executive Coach, Board Advisor at iloomi, Chief People and Diversity Officer at VCCP Business, and Global Head of Culture and Inclusion at GroupM. Rudi's expertise includes developing innovative people strategies, conducting executive coaching, and implementing successful culture and inclusion frameworks, which have significantly enhanced employee engagement and organizational performance. Rudi holds an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster.
