Yufan Liang

Yufan Liang is a Senior Scientist specializing in medicinal chemistry for oncology at AstraZeneca since April 2021. Previously, Yufan served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University, focusing on metallaphotoredox catalysis methodologies from April 2016 to March 2021. Yufan earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology, where research involved asymmetric cross-coupling methodologies under the guidance of Prof. Gregory C. Initial education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology included two years of Ph.D. study in Chemistry, following a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Peking University, where undergraduate research was conducted in the labs of Professors Zhen Yang and others.
