Choon Fatt Lee

Choon Fatt Lee has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Choon Fatt has held various positions in different companies, including Astreya, Epsilon Telecommunications, Verizon Business, and Singtel Europe.

At Astreya, Choon Fatt Lee worked as a Service Delivery Director and Senior Service Delivery Manager/Lead Network Provisioner. Choon Fatt provided leadership to teams, implemented personnel training, monitored service delivery metrics, and reported to clients. Choon Fatt also managed project schedules, documentation, and billing.

During their time at Epsilon Telecommunications, they served as a Senior Customer Project Manager. Choon Fatt led a team in delivering telecom circuit orders on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements. Choon Fatt also managed project schedules, tracked activities, and handled project risks and dependencies.

At Google Singapore, Choon Fatt Lee worked as a Telecom Network Provisioner. Choon Fatt managed a team to ensure timely implementation of connectivity services for Google's data centers in APAC. Choon Fatt also collaborated with vendors to deliver services to customers and maintained bulk fibers for MMR.

During their tenure with Verizon Business, Choon Fatt Lee held the role of Voice/IP Network Planning Engineer and Senior Operation Engineer. Choon Fatt was responsible for project implementation and planning in the Asia Pacific region. Choon Fatt also handled operational and maintenance tasks for voice switches, performed circuit activations and interconnect testing, and provided technical support.

Before that, Choon Fatt Lee worked as a Technical Engineer at Singtel Europe, where they were involved in the operational and maintenance tasks of the Nortel DMS 100E switch. Choon Fatt also established interconnect agreements and performed C7 testing for new European carriers.

These experiences have equipped Choon Fatt Lee with expertise in project management, service delivery, network provisioning, and voice/IP planning.

Choon Fatt Lee, PMP®, holds a degree in Information Technology (B.IT) from Western Sydney University, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to this, they completed a diploma in Electronics from Singapore Polytechnic. Lee has also earned several certifications, including Certified Data Centre Professional from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2017, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2016, and Certified Cisco Network Associate from Cisco in 2012.
