Don Dymont

Don Dymont has a wealth of experience in IT solutions and services. Don started their career in 1995 at Hewlett-Packard (HP)/Electronic Data Systems (EDS)/American Airlines, where they managed multimillion-dollar aerospace and defense customer accounts. Don then worked at Accenture as a Senior IT Executive, leading and executing application and infrastructure engagements for global clients. At Infosys/Unisys, they served as the Director and Head of IT Services for US operations, overseeing a $300 million budget and implementing Agile project methodology. Don also worked at Ciber USA as the Director of Managed Services, where they provided strategic direction for DevOps implementation and managed staff augmentation. Don later held positions at Cognizant as the Director of Technology Solutions and Services Delivery, securing significant additions to their Security services portfolio, and at FusionStorm as the Senior Director of Enterprise Services Delivery and Interim VP of IT Operations, transforming their operations and increasing services revenue by 22%. Most recently, Don served as the Vice President II of Global Operations & Delivery at Astreya, exclusively dedicated to their Google customer, where they orchestrated daily operations and service delivery across 34 countries and implemented a transformative culture shift.

Don Dymont obtained a Bachelor's equivalent degree in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba in the years 1985 to 1987. Following that, they pursued an Associates equivalent degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering from Red River College Polytechnic from 1987 to 1989.
