Jenny Carhart

Jenny Carhart has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jenny has held senior leadership positions in HR at Astreya, where they were responsible for employee experience, people analytics, and culture. Jenny also served as the Global Recruiting Team Manager and Senior Manager of HR Operations at Astreya, where they managed HR systems and learning & development initiatives. Jenny has experience as an HR Operations Manager & Workday Consultant at Arista Networks, and they are skilled in Workday administration and employee onboarding/offboarding. Additionally, they have served as an instructor in the UCSC Human Resources Management program and has experience in software quality assurance, product training, technical support, and recruitment. Outside of their HR career, Jenny is the owner of Blue Milk Publishing and has achieved success as an author under the pen name "JC Bratton". Jenny Carhart holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
