Viknish Rajah

Viknish Rajah possesses extensive experience in technical management and support within the telecom and IT sectors. Currently serving as the Area Technical Manager (Sales & Operations) at Astro since August 2010, Viknish oversees over 200 authorized installers in the Northern Region, organizing training sessions and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Previously, Viknish held the role of Technical Support Specialist at Astro, providing critical support and training for project implementation. Prior experience includes positions as IT Help Desk Specialist at Western Digital and IT Help Desk at Carsem (M) Sdn. Bhd., where responsibilities included troubleshooting, training staff, and resolving technical issues. Viknish holds a Diploma in Computer Electronic Engineering from Polytechnique Seberang Perai.
