Ahmad Safiyudin

Ahmad Safiyudin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ahmad began their career as a Project Manager at PT Digital Wave Indonesia in 2006. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at PT Global Asistensi Manajemen Indonesia (GAMI), first as a Provider Network Data Solutions Manager and then as a Senior Manager of Client Relations/Call Center. In 2012, they joined PT AIA Financial as a Customer Service Manager before moving to FWD Insurance in 2014 to take on the role of Head of Customer Relationship Management. After six years at FWD Insurance, Ahmad joined Sunday Ins Indonesia in 2020 as the Head of Customer Service & Business Process. Most recently, they became the Head of Customer & Operations Experience at ASTRO in 2022. Ahmad also has experience as an On Air Announcer at 95.1 Kis FM from 2005 to 2011.

Ahmad Safiyudin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social and Political Science with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Indonesia in 2005.
