Sandra Effendy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sandra started their career as the Head Commission of Students Affairs at the Student Representative Assembly of Parahyangan Catholic University from June 2011 to June 2012.
After that, Sandra worked as a Junior Consultant for PowerPR Asia Pacific in May 2013, where they gained public speaking, communication, and negotiation skills while building relationships with business directors, CEOs, global investors, mass media, and government officials.
Sandra then joined Kadence as a Research Executive from June 2013 to August 2014, where they collaborated with various FMCG companies to improve their businesses through market research and consumer insights.
Sandra then worked as a Senior Executive in Consumer Insights at Nielsen from August 2014 to March 2015.
In 2015, they joined PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. as a Consumer Insight and Marketing Intelligence Analyst, responsible for understanding market trends, consumer needs, and managing research projects and partnerships. Sandra later became an Associate Brand Manager from February 2018 to June 2019, and successfully launched campaigns for below-premium tobacco brands.
From June 2019 to January 2022, Sandra worked at Gojek, where they served as a District Marketing Manager and later as a Regional Consumer Engagement Manager. Their responsibilities included managing partnerships, visibility, and branding for Gojek's core products in the Sumatera region.
Currently, Sandra is the Head of Regional Marketing at Astro, starting from January 2022. Sandra is responsible for managing marketing strategies and executions.
