Ash Berlin-Taylor

Ash Berlin-Taylor's work experience includes being the Director of Airflow Engineering at Astronomer since January 2019. Prior to that, they were an Airflow committer and PMC member at The Apache Software Foundation from February 2018. They also worked as a Cloud Architect at Annalect from April 2017 to December 2018, and at Marks and Spencer from July 2016 to March 2017. Before that, they were the Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Crowdmix from September 2015 to May 2016. From November 2013 to September 2015, Ash was the WebOps Lead at the UK Ministry of Justice, where they built a team and culture from scratch. They founded DigiResults in August 2010, a company they operated until December 2014. They also worked as a Perl Contractor at NET-A-PORTER.COM from January 2009 to August 2010. Ash was a Core Developer for the DBIx-Class project from an unspecified start date until December 2009, and a Perl Developer at Shadowcat Systems Limited from an unspecified start date until an unspecified end date in 2009.

Ash Berlin-Taylor studied at the University of Bristol from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science.
