Carter Page

Carter Page is a technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and data management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of R&D at Astronomer since April 2025, Page previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of Data Engineering at Two Sigma from June 2021 to December 2024. Prior to that, Page was the Director of Engineering at Google, overseeing the Cloud Native Databases site in New York City and managing Bigtable, a scalable NoSQL database. Page also served as the Director of Engineering at Amplify, where oversight was provided for over 100 engineers and multiple SaaS products. In addition, Page co-founded Philo Media Corporation and acted as CTO until its acquisition in 2011. Page earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
