Kelly Walsh

Kelly Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Astronomer, a role they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Success at Astronomer from August 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Astronomer, Kelly worked at VMware as the Area Director of Customer Success for the Northeast region from December 2019 to August 2021. Kelly also held the position of Director of Customer Success at Pivotal from February 2018 to December 2019. Kelly's earlier work experience includes various roles at Eze Software Group, where they worked from 2009 to 2018. These roles included Associate Director of Product Engagement, Associate Director and Senior Business Consultant in Client Services, Business Consultant in Client Services, and QA Analyst.

Kelly Walsh graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor's degree in History, Government & Legal Studies. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at College Year in Athens. Kelly also holds certifications such as CAIA Level II candidate from the CAIA Association, Series 7 from FINRA, and various levels of Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER.
