María Pilar Aenlle Imbrosciano

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in labor training courses, teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
