Mikael Lijtenstein

Mikael Lijtenstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles within the fintech industry. Currently serving as both COO and CEO at AstroPay since August 2019, Mikael has demonstrated a strong capability in strategic management. Prior to this, Mikael was Head of Operations at dLocal from September 2016 to August 2019, and earlier worked as a Software Developer at both dLocal and AstroPay LLP from March 2015 to August 2016. Mikael holds a degree from Universidad ORT Uruguay, completed in 2017.
