John Kaiser has worked in various roles since 1991, when they began their career as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy. In 2011, they became an Account Executive for Enterprise Cloud Sales at Tier 3, a CenturyLink Company. During their time there, they were part of the sales organization that helped develop the GTM strategy that propelled the company to 10X revenue growth in 24 months. In 2012, they became the National Director of Sales for Cloud Services at CBEYOND. During their time there, they were selected to help lead a transformation of the company into an enterprise ready cloud service provider. In 2014, they became the Director of Partners and Alliances at Basho, where they lead partnership development with providers in the Big Data/IoT space, spearheading efforts around white label solutions and joint product initiatives. In 2016, they became the Cloud Management Practice Manager at VMware, achieving product distribution across a ten state region in the Northwest US and exceeding revenue targets for the region. In 2017, they began working at AstrumU\u00ae as the General Manager of Business Partnerships and Federal/Enterprise. Theirroles included changing the dysfunctional paradigm between employers, employees, and educational institutions and engaging enterprise business and the federal government to help shape the marketplace and participate in it.
