Senior Director Of Lifelong University Engagement For Mirabella At ASU at ASU Enterprise Partners

Lindsey Beagley has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership and management roles. Lindsey is currently the Senior Director of Lifelong University Engagement for Mirabella at ASU, where they create opportunities for residents to engage with the ASU campus community. Prior to this, Lindsey was the owner of HomeShare Arizona, a personalized roommate matching service for older homeowners. Lindsey also worked at Arizona State University, where they served as the Knowledge Exchange for Resilience Crosscutting Design Scholar, Director of Social Embeddedness, Instructor, and University Innovation Fellow. Additionally, Lindsey has experience as a Quality Manager at MAXIMUS, Research and Product Development Manager at Acumen Fiscal Agent, and Project Manager at HireMyCare.org. Lindsey started their career as a Case Manager and Staffing Coordinator at Rise Services Inc. and served as a Youth and Community Development volunteer in the Peace Corps.

Lindsey Beagley earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2004, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Granada. Lindsey later pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University from 2012 to 2014.

Lindsey Beagley obtained several certifications throughout their career. In November 2015, they completed an Introduction to Building Teams course from NovoEd. In September 2020, they obtained a Community Engagement Fundamentals Micro-Credential from Campus Compact. Lindsey also obtained an IRB (Institutional Review Board) - Social and Behavioral Research (Group 2) certification in June 2022 and an RCR (Responsible Conduct of Research) - Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research certification in February 2023, both from the CITI Program. Additionally, in December 2022, they completed a Be an Inclusive Organization People Won't Leave course from LinkedIn.

Looking ahead, Lindsey Beagley is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University, starting in 2023. Lindsey plans to complete their EdD in Higher Education Leadership and Innovation by 2026.
