Ed Vaunder

Ed V. is currently the VP & Corporate Counsel at Asure Software since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ed V. worked as an Associate in Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions at Kirkland & Ellis from November 2020 to April 2022. Before that, Ed V. was an Associate at Vinson & Elkins from September 2017 to October 2020. Ed V. also briefly served as an Officer Candidate at the US Marine Corps in June 2011. Ed V. earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Clemson University in 2012.
