Risa Hanley, CTFL, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Asure Software since February 2017, Risa utilizes expertise to provide advanced support for software issues. As the Owner of Funky Dreams Art Studio since April 2008, Risa specializes in ceramic and glass mosaic tiles and enjoys exploring various crafting mediums. Previously, Risa worked at iSystems, LLC from July 1997 to February 2017, advancing from Principal Quality Assurance Specialist to Principal Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included writing specifications, analyzing business needs, and leading testing efforts. Risa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
