Andrew Barrs

Andrew Barrs is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at ASX since September 2018, leading the transformation and modernization of the organization's IT Service Management capabilities. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Senior Manager, IT Service Management Owner at ASX, where leadership and oversight of the IT Service Management practice were key responsibilities, including the successful implementation of ServiceNow across various ITSM functions. Andrew's prior experience includes working as a Senior Service Management Consultant at Solisma, providing consultation to major companies, and serving in various capacities at Sydney Water for nearly three decades, focusing on configuration and problem management, test environment management, and enterprise systems support. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Ministries from Morling College and completed secondary education at Bulli High School.
