Billie O'Connor Lloyd

Billie O'Connor Lloyd has extensive experience in fundraising and donor engagement, currently serving as the Fundraising Manager at Asylum Seeker Resource Centre since August 2020 and holding additional roles such as Acting Head of Giving and Experience, Individual Giving Manager, Supporter Experience Manager, and Individual Giving Coordinator. Prior to this, Billie worked at Oxfam Australia from February 2016 to August 2020 as the National Face to Face Fundraising Manager, successfully expanding the in-house fundraising program across four major cities and recruiting over 20,000 regular donors. Billie's earlier roles include Deputy Head of Fundraising at Red Fundraising Recruitment, focusing on training strategies in Dublin and Belfast, and various positions at Total Fundraising from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing street fundraising campaigns, staff training, and team motivation.
