Javier Contreras Gaillard

Javier Contreras Gaillard is a seasoned professional in analytics and data science, currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Data Science at At Home Group Inc. since December 2021. With extensive experience in customer intelligence and loyalty programs, Javier has held significant roles at Yum! Brands and Southwest Airlines, where responsibilities included leading omnichannel strategies and enhancing customer loyalty programs. Previous positions also include leadership in marketing analytics at Hilti North America and business intelligence at Brink’s. Javier holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Analytics from SMU Cox School of Business and multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
