Hakan Ercan

Hakan Ercan is an experienced internal audit professional currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Ata Holding since February 2024. Previously, Hakan held the same title at MLPCARE, leading audit projects across various branches of Medical Parks and Liv Hospitals in Türkiye and internationally. Hakan's prior roles include Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at Peyman, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the Internal Audit Department and earning the Turquality®️ designation, and Director of Internal Audit at Türk Telekom, managing comprehensive audit practices and reporting to high-level executives. Hakan's career began at KPMG Turkiye, followed by an early role as a Management Trainee at Egebank A.Ş. Hakan holds a Master of Administration degree from Istanbul University and has a strong background in risk management, corporate governance, and internal controls.
