Prior to that, he was Senior Patent Counsel at Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc where he was responsible for all Intellectual property matters.

Paul B. Simboli, Esq. holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Bowling Green State University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.
