Crystal Watson

Crystal Watson has extensive experience in the field of health economics and outcomes research. Crystal currently holds the role of Sr. Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Atara Biotherapeutics, a position they have held since April 2018. Prior to this, Crystal worked at Biogen, where they held the positions of Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research from February 2015 to March 2018, and Associate Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research from May 2012 to February 2015. Before joining Biogen, Crystal worked at Amgen, where they held various roles in health economics, including Sr. Manager of Global Health Economics from March 2010 to April 2012, Health Economics Manager from February 2009 to March 2010, and Project Manager from November 2006 to February 2009. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Analytic Consultant at Thomson Medstat from 2005 to 2006 and as an Epidemiologist at the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency from 2001 to 2005.

Crystal Watson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wellesley College and a Master of Science degree in Health Care from Dartmouth College.
