Sarah Soifer

Sarah Soifer, MPA, JD has extensive experience in compliance, privacy, and legal counsel roles. Sarah currently serves as the Head of Compliance & Privacy at Atara Biotherapeutics, where they are responsible for building and managing the company's healthcare compliance and privacy programs. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Senior Director, Global Compliance & Privacy at Atara Biotherapeutics, where they advised on healthcare laws and regulations. Sarah also has experience at Amgen, where they held various roles, including Head of Global Trade Compliance and Region Head of Compliance & Privacy Officer. At Amgen, they implemented compliance programs across multiple locations and advised on complex deals and projects. Sarah's earlier work experience includes roles at Paul Hastings and K&R Law Group.

Sarah Soifer, MPA, JD holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Cornell University, a Bachelor's Degree in History from Cornell University, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
