Yan Tang

Yan Tang has a PhD in Cell Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from Wuhan University. Yan has experience as a Senior Scientist at Atara Biotherapeutics, focusing on EBV allogeneic T cell, adenoviral vector, and retroviral vector process and analytical development. Previously, Yan worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies @ UPenn in Dr. Carl June's lab, specializing in CAR-T therapy, T cell engineering, Multiple Myeloma, and checkpoint receptor. Before that, Yan was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Temple University, where they worked on human iPSC/ESC, differentiation, epigenetic regulation, cell therapy, and myocardial ischemia injury.
