Morten Berntsen

Morten Berntsen is an experienced project manager specializing in public transport contracts and infrastructure, currently working at AtB AS since August 2020. In this role, Morten oversees various public transport and eMobility projects, manages feasibility studies, procurement, contract negotiations, and contract administration, and establishes operational services and infrastructure. Previously, Morten held multiple positions at Trøndelag fylkeskommune from March 2015 to July 2020, including Project Manager/Advisor, focusing on public transport, eMobility, and infrastructure. Morten holds a Master of Science degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earned between 2012 and 2014, as well as an earlier degree from NTNU obtained from 2008 to 2012.
