Aboobakkar Abdul Nashir

Aboobakkar Abdul Nashir has worked in various positions as a Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Executive. Aboobakkar began their career in 2018 at Logic Enterprise Inc., where they handled IT, Non IT, and Healthcare requirements from US-based clients. Aboobakkar was responsible for sourcing candidates from job portals and achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements. In 2019, Aboobakkar joined XDuce as a Talent Acquisition Executive, where they sourced, screened, interviewed, and evaluated candidates, while also fostering long-term relationships with them. Later in 2019, they joined InsaSys as a US IT Recruiter, where they managed end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placing candidates. Aboobakkar used various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, and job postings. In 2020, Aboobakkar worked at Rangam Consultants Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Aboobakkar then moved to Amiga Informatics in 2021, Amaze Systems in 2022, and ATC in 2023, all with the role of Senior Technical Recruiter.
