Becky Penrice

Becky Penrice has extensive experience in human resources and corporate leadership. Becky started their career at Hbc in 2000, holding various progressive HR roles. At Hbc, they also served as the Director of HR Supply Chain & Logistics and Director of Human Resources Merchandising, Marketing & Specialty. Becky then joined Hudson's Bay Company in 2008 as the General Manager/Divisional Vice President of HR for Merchandising & Marketing. Becky later became the Vice President of HR for Hbc Supply Chain/Logistics, Specialty Retail, Global Sourcing, and Shared Services. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Human Resources (Corporate & Talent Management) at Hudson's Bay Company. Penrice went on to work at Sears Canada in 2013, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) & Information Technology. Becky later became the EVP & Chief Operations Officer and eventually the Interim CEO. Most recently, they joined BGC Canada in 2015 as the Chair of the Board of Directors. In 2020, they joined ATCO Group as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Services.

Becky Penrice began their education journey at Humber College in 1995, where they pursued a degree in General Arts with a focus on English Language and Literature/Letters. Becky spent a year at Humber College before transitioning to York University in 1996. At York University, they pursued an Honors Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Becky completed their undergraduate studies at York University in 2000.
