The executive team at ATCS, P.L.C. has a history of working in various infrastructure and engineering projects. The team members have worked as project managers, president, project controls manager, transportation engineer, and CFO in companies such as American Infrastructure, The Newhouse Group, LLC, and Virginia Department of Transportation. They have also been educated in civil engineering from universities such as University of Maine, University at Buffalo, and Manhattan College.
