Donna Hailey

Donna Hailey, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna is currently serving as the President of ATD Houston, a chapter of the Association for Talent Development. Prior to this, they worked as a Performance Consultant at Insperity. Donna also has experience as an Academic Advisor and Facilitator at CLICK Institute, where they were a founding servant leader and played a crucial role in designing and implementing initiatives to reduce the digital literacy gap and empower women. In 2014, they founded EmergeForward Leadership LLC. Donna has held various leadership positions at ATD Houston, including Vice President of Special Interest Groups and Director of Special Interest Groups. Additionally, they have worked at Service Corporation International as a Manager in Community Relations and Corporate Communications. Donna's previous experience also includes roles at Houston Community College as a Program Training Developer and Career Liaison, ExxonMobil as a Territory Manager, and Verizon Wireless as a Regional Training Supervisor. Overall, Donna has demonstrated a strong background in talent development, leadership, and organizational training.
