Jamie Crews

Dr. Jamie Crews serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development for the County of Orange since November 2004, where leadership focuses on enhancing the workforce and community. Dr. Crews has established and managed countywide organizational development functions, leading various initiatives related to engagement and talent management. Additionally, Dr. Crews has experience as an instructor in the Leadership for Public Agencies certificate program at Cal State Fullerton Extension and International Programs and serves as an adjunct professor at UMass Global. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Master of Science in Educational Counseling with Distinction from National University. Dr. Crews also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach.
