Jessica Del Rosario

Jessica Del Rosario is currently a secretary at ATD Orange County. Jessica has also worked as an instructional designer consultant at Western Growers from April 2020 to September 2020. There, they designed and developed training templates, style guides, process documentation, and presentations to aid facilitators with delivering in-person-led New Hire training content. Jessica has also worked as a senior instructional designer at Pacific Dental Services from March 2019 to September 2021. There, they created, organized, and implemented an organizational-wide learning program with curriculums relevant to all roles which provided the organization access to microlearning modules for the first time in company history. Jessica has also been a computer technician at Fullerton School District from August 2015 to February 2018. Lastly, Jessica was an instructional designer at Azusa Pacific University from March 2018 to March 2019.

Jessica Del Rosario has a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Azusa Pacific University. Jessica also has various certifications in eLearning facilitation, instructional design, and training program delivery from Badgr, LinkedIn, and California State University, Fullerton.
