Brooke Monts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brooke began their career as an Office Assistant at the Town of Ladoga in 2015. From there, they worked as a Marketing Intern at the Montgomery County Community Foundation in 2016. In 2017, they interned at Anheuser-Busch, where they were involved in developing marketing strategies and partnerships for brands like Natural Light.

In 2018, Brooke Monts joined Anheuser-Busch as an Associate Brand Manager for Hoegaarden, where they gained experience in brand management. Brooke also worked as a Marketing Intern at Hoosier Heartland State Bank during the same year. Continuing their journey at Anheuser-Busch, they held the position of Brand Manager for Patagonia and later became the Brand Manager for Premium Challenger Brands.

Recently, Brooke Monts has transitioned to Alphatec Spine, where they currently hold the role of Senior Associate Product Manager, specializing in Open Fixation and Pediatrics. Brooke'swork experience reflects versatility and a strong background in marketing, brand management, and product management.

Brooke Monts obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing + Professional Sales from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also had the opportunity to study International Marketing at Corvinus University of Budapest for a year. Prior to their college education, Brooke Monts attended Southmont High School from 2010 to 2014.
