Elliott Russell has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Elliott started their career as a Sales Manager at Advance Auto Parts in 2007 and held this position until 2011. Following that, they worked as a Sales Associate/Manager at Tires Plus Total Car Care from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they became an Assistant Manager at Buddy's Franchising.

Most recently, in 2023, they started working as an Associate Sales Representative at Alphatec Spine.

Elliott Russell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Elliott has obtained certifications in various areas, including "USA Games Volunteers Group" from the Special Olympics in July 2022, "Asking Great Sales Questions" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Effective Listening" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
