Shawn Cardwell

Shawn Cardwell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shawn began their career as an R&D Chemist at Morton Automotive Coatings in 1988, before moving onto a role as a Technical Service Rep at Morton Nippon Coatings, where they supported major product launches and provided technical support for top clients. In 1998, they joined NB Coatings Inc as a Sr. Tech Sales Rep, responsible for consultation, analysis, and cost management. In 2009, they became a Sales Representative at Southern Spine, and finally transitioned to the role of a Medical Device Sales Rep at Alphatec Spine in 2011.

Shawn Cardwell attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
