Steven Rea

Steven Rea is the President of ATEL Ventures at ATEL Capital Group. Steven has over 20 years of experience in the banking and venture capital industries.

Steven started their career in 1997 as a Vice President at LINC Capital Partners where they provided venture leasing and working capital lines of credit for venture-backed, emerging growth technology companies. In 1999, they joined Imperial Bank as a Vice President in the Emerging Growth Division. Steven was responsible for the bank's Venture Leasing product and was named Manager of the Year in 2000.

In 2001, Steven joined ATEL Capital Group as a Senior Vice President. In their current role as President of ATEL Ventures, they are responsible for ATEL's venture lending and equity investing activities. Steven has been instrumental in growing ATEL into one of the leading alternative lenders to the venture capital community.

Steven Rea has a BS in Finance from San Diego State University and an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California.

They work with Russ Wilder - EVP, Chief Credit Officer, Paritosh K. Choksi - Chief Operating Officer, and Thomas Monroe - SVP, ATEL Equipment Services. Steven Rea reports to Dean Cash, Chairman & CEO.
