Caleb Stambaugh's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Caleb started their career at Absolute Rentals as a Technician & Engineer, where they designed, built, and maintained post audio studios and digital audio workstations. Caleb then worked as an Audio editor, mixer, and engineer at Absolute Post. Caleb also worked at Love Machine Films as an Assistant editor and Post production technical support. Caleb later joined Lightstorm Entertainment as a Post Audio Engineer and Technical Support. Caleb then worked as an Agility Support Engineer at PAI before joining Telestream Inc. as a Tier III Support Engineer and later as a Technical Account Manager. In 2017, they joined Ateme as a Project Development Engineer and later served as the Technical Team Leader. Caleb's most recent role was as the Director of Support - North America at Ateme, where they managed the technical support team and provided organizational leadership for the post-sales engineering team and products. Currently, they hold the position of Global Field Operations Director at Ateme, where they are responsible for defining and adjusting support offers, organizing inter-regional organization and optimization, and bringing tools to regions to assist with day-to-day activities.

Caleb Stambaugh has an educational background that includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained between 2017 and 2020. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications, Film & Broadcast Media from Messiah University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Furthermore, Caleb briefly studied Film & Broadcast Media at the University of Gloucestershire in 2005, although it is not clear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Caleb has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they completed a course on High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation at Northwestern University. In November 2011, Caleb received a certification in Custom SQL 2008 Querying and Maintenance from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Around the same time, they also completed the Getting to the Heart of Technical Support: Complete Training Program for Customer-Focused Technical Support offered by Impact Learning Systems, an MHI Global Company.
