Karolina Ostrowska

Karolina Ostrowska has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Karolina began their career at L'Oréal as an International Training Coordinator and later became a Training and Development Coordinator. Karolina then worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dell before joining Lectra as an International Recruitment Business Partner. Currently, Karolina is employed at ATEME, initially as a Human Resources Director and now serving as the Deputy VP HR.

Karolina Ostrowska has a strong educational background with a focus on management and business administration. Karolina began their educational journey in 2010 at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, where they pursued an IAE Licence in Sciences de Gestion and successfully completed it in 2011. Building on this foundation, they then joined Groupe IGS Formation Continue in 2011, where they obtained a Master 1 degree in Responsable en Gestion with a specialization in Gestion d'Entreprise in 2012. Moreover, they continued their studies at IGS-RH in 2012 and completed a Master 2 degree in Responsable en Management et Direction de Ressources Humaines with a particular emphasis on Ressources Humaines in 2013.
