Ramesh de Silva

Ramesh de Silva has a strong background in sales, business development, and technology roles. Ramesh is currently the Sales Director - Oceania at Ateme since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Conviva as the Sales Director - ANZ/South Korea from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they successfully built a sales pipeline exceeding $5M in 12 months, secured multiple new clients, and closed over $1.2M in sales in South Korea. Ramesh also developed strong relationships with broadcasters, media companies, and sporting bodies in the region.

Before joining Conviva, Ramesh held various positions at Telstra, including Business Development Executive, Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Technology Specialist - Strategic Planning and Investment, and Senior Technology Specialist - IPTV Product Engineering between 2011 and 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Fujitsu Australia Limited as a Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Software Development Engineer, and Senior Systems Engineer from 1996 to 2011.

Ramesh de Silva completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from Western Sydney University from 1993 to 1995. Ramesh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive studies at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2006 to 2010.
