Marissa Fengler

Marissa Fengler has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marissa currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Atento Capital, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Finance at Atento Capital from November 2022 to January 2024.

Marissa also has experience in Pacific HealthWorks, LLC, where they were the Controller from April 2019 to February 2023. During their tenure, they successfully managed accounting teams, implemented financial controls, and spearheaded cost-cutting measures, resulting in the urgent care business line becoming cash positive.

Before their role at Pacific HealthWorks, LLC, Marissa worked as an Independent Consultant, specifically as a Finance and Accounting Consultant from October 2017 to April 2019. During this time, they worked with Emergent Medical Associates, overseeing the conversion of their general ledger from cash basis to accrual basis accounting, consolidating financial statements, and successfully executing financial statement audits.

Marissa also has experience as the Manager of Internal Audit at Douglas Emmett from January 2017 to November 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Financial Reporting Senior Associate at SPS Commerce from September 2015 to November 2016. Marissa was a Compass Program Member at Salo LLC from September 2014 to August 2015. Finally, Marissa began their career at Grant Thornton International Ltd as a Senior Assurance Associate from September 2011 to September 2014.

Marissa Fengler graduated from Drury University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance in 2011. Marissa also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy in 2012.
