Rosa Hathaway

Rosa Hathaway has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rosa currently serves as the Principal at Atento Capital since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Investment Associate and Consultant at the same company. Before joining Atento Capital, Rosa worked at SpaceX as a Sr. Turbomachinery Engineer from March 2019 to March 2021. Rosa also worked as a Propulsion Development Engineer and Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer at SpaceX from 2015 to 2019 and from 2010 to 2015, respectively. Rosa's work experience also includes an internship as a Propulsion Test Engineer at NASA in 2010, and they worked as an Applications Engineer at Baker Hughes from 2008 to 2009. Rosa began their career at Callidus Technologies as a Drafting Designer from 2007 to 2008.

Rosa Hathaway attended Oral Roberts University from 2004 to 2008 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Rosa then pursued their Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southern California from 2014 to 2017.
