Chris Gold

Chris Gold has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Chris is currently working at Aterian as the Head of Accounting. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Finance - EMEA at the same company. In 2020, they worked at WorldRemit as a Senior Manager of Finance Operations. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Accounting and Financial Control Manager at Openreach. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Entertainment One and as a Finance Manager for the IFRS 15 Transition Programme at BT. Chris started their career at EY in 2009, where they held various roles, including Manager and Assistant Manager. Chris also served as a member of the Queensland Young Chartered Accountants Panel at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2014 to 2017.

Chris Gold completed their education at various institutions over the years. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Trinity Anglican School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Afterward, they enrolled at Griffith University from 2007 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
