Penelopi Kosteas-Louca

Penelopi Kosteas-Louca is the current Director of People at Aterian. Penelopi has over twenty years of experience in human resources and payroll, with a focus on compensation and benefits.

Penelopi began their career as an HR Training and Development Assistant at Saks Fifth Avenue in 1994. Penelopi then moved to Atlantic Bank of New York as a Payroll Associate in 1998. In 2000, they became Human Resources Manager at Sands Brothers & Co. Two years later, they joined Rémy Cointreau USA as Manager of Payroll Benefits and Administration. Penelopi then spent ten years at David Yurman as Director of Payroll, Travel, Benefits & Wellness before moving to DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) as Director of Compensation and Benefits in 2014. In 2017, they joined Kenneth Cole Productions as Senior Director Human Resources, where they stayed until 2021. Penelopi has been with Aterian since May 2021.
