Reza Radman has worked for numerous companies throughout their career. In 1994, they began their career at Asun Pardaz IT Company as a Network Admin. Reza then moved on to the Transportation Ministry (Including Raja Passenger Train Company) in 1998, where they held the role of Senior ICT Support Expert. In 2005, they were an IT Consultant for both the Medical Science University of Tehran and Tehran Economic University. Reza then began working for Aujan Industries in 2008 as an Information Technology Manager. In 2012, they were an ICT Officer (Country I.T. Manager) for UNICEF. In 2018, they were an ICT Specialist (IT Manager) for HighVail Systems Inc. Reza then moved on to Pivotree in 2020 as a Manager, Global Customer Support. Reza is currently working for Aterlo Networks as a Customer Support Manager.

Reza Radman obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Derby between 2011 and 2014. In 2013, they completed a PRINCE 2 certification in Project Management from APMG International - Impetus Consulting. Reza also holds a B.A in Civil Engineering from Azad University - Tehran, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. Additionally, they obtained a certification from Microsoft entitled "Upgrading Your Skills to MCSA: Windows Server 2016" in August 2019.
