Itziar Canamasas, PhD, is currently serving as the Global Head of Oncology at Boehringer Ingelheim and as a Strategic Advisor and Chairwoman at AtG Therapeutics. With a strong background in oncology marketing and leadership roles at companies such as Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Canamasas brings a wealth of experience to their current positions. Itziar holds a PhD in Tumor Genetics and Molecular Biology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, along with various executive education degrees from institutions such as Harvard Business School and IMD. In addition, Itziar has served on the boards of organizations like the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association and the German-Irish Chamber of Industry & Commerce.
