Raecel Dela Cruz has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Athena since April 2022. Prior to this role, Raecel held similar positions at TaskUs and iQor, where responsibilities included overseeing operational efficiency and team leadership from September 2020 to January 2022 and March 2016 to August 2020, respectively.
