Shane Posadas Jr.

Shane Posadas Jr. is an experienced Senior Operations Manager with a strong background in customer service and process improvement. Currently serving at Athena since January 2023, Shane previously held the same title at Enshored and operated as Operations Manager II at TDCX from August 2015 to July 2022. Shane's expertise includes leading process implementations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, demonstrated through the role as Team and Project Lead at Acquire BPO. Additionally, Shane has a foundational background in operations management, having trained at Sitel, where responsibilities included managing a team of agents. Shane holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Informatics International College and an earlier educational background from San Beda College.
