Natalie Mihalchick

Natalie joined Athena Health Care systems as the Director of Therapeutic Recreation in September 2021 and brings more than 35 years of experience to the role. She has a wealth of skills and knowledge within the profession having worked with a variety of populations, specializing in our geriatric population, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. Natalie is an Adjunct Instructor at Gateway Community College and has taught the therapeutic recreation certification classes for 22 years. Natalie oversees Athena centers’ of activities that are designed to meet the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
