Dan Conway

Dan Conway currently serves as Executive Director, Total Rewards at athenahealth since October 2020, having previously held the position of Director, Total Rewards. Prior to athenahealth, Dan worked at Signify as Director of Benefits for North America from May 2018 to October 2020 and at Philips Lighting in the same role from March 2017 to May 2018. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Pension Strategy at Ahold from January 2013 to March 2017 and as Senior Defined Benefit Account Manager at Diversified from 2006 to 2012. Dan began a career at Fidelity Investments as a Pension Specialist from 2005 to 2006. Dan Conway earned an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management between 2010 and 2012 and a degree from Providence College from 2001 to 2005.
